The routine was a lot of fun
to do. I did the routine as a leader and found the second move a bit hard to
do. Took me a while to get the move but I eventually managed to do it. The video also shows James leading Chris to do the routine.
The snow had put a lot of
people off tonight. Most of the people decided not to come because it took them
a lot longer to get home from work. They didn't want to come out again in case it
took them longer to get here.
There were about 25 people
here tonight and most of them women. It was a good night despite the lack of
people.
The lesson for a change was
taught on the floor rather than the stage which was good as there weren't enough
people in the class for it to be taught on stage. It was a good routine and taught well thanks to James
Richardson.
The music was really good
thanks to Chris Baker. He had a new app on his iPad for DJ-ing. There was a
good range of music played.
If you fancy coming down
next week to learn Ceroc (modern jive) or just want to try somewhere new it’s Wednesday at Queen’s Hall in Leeds on Harrogate Road. Starts at
